Loan Operations Specialist
Full Time, Non-Exempt
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare commercial and consumer loan documents.
- Process loan renewals and extensions.
- Perform file maintenance, process loan draws and payments, and perform collateral maintenance
- Assemble and maintain loan documentation.
- Research and resolving billing and posting errors on loans.
Minimum Requirements:
- Knowledge and/or experience with loans
- Knowledge and/or experience with Microsoft, Adobe, Laser Pro
- Well-organized and detail oriented
- High school degree
- College background preferred

Commercial Services Specialist
Full Time, Non-Exempt
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist loan officers in administering the commercial loan portfolio in a manner which permits the loan officers time for calling customers/prospects.
- Provide assistance to resolve problems, perform research and answer questions pertaining to commercial loans.
- Ensure accurate completion of commercial loan requests including compliance with bank policy and procedures, general information on borrower, compile deposit / debt detail, conduct credit checks and UCC filings.
- Strive for excellence in performance of all duties emphasizing efficiency and accuracy.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 years banking experience (loan related background helpful)
- High school diploma
- High degree of resourcefulness and accuracy
