Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Performs a variety of bookkeeping / operations activities, including reconcilement and customer service functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs account research, analysis, and verification.
- Verify new customer and new account information.
- Verify reports from previous day.
- Assist in the wire transfer process and reporting.
- Complete OFAC certification when necessary.
- Data Entry
- Scanning and indexing
- Answering phones
- Assist with annual audits and exams.
- Support the Operations team with various other tasks when necessary.
- Remote Deposit Verification
- Balancing daily general ledger entries.
- Daily report printing.
- Order cash from Brink’s Service for clients.
- Responsible for following policies and procedures related to Buckeye Community Bank’s Compliance Program.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma
- Prior banking experience a plus
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Efficient with Word & Excel
- Knowledge of internal banking procedures as well as regulations
