Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Performs a variety of bookkeeping / operations activities, including reconcilement and customer service functions.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs account research, analysis, and verification.
  • Verify new customer and new account information.
  • Verify reports from previous day.
  • Assist in the wire transfer process and reporting.
  • Complete OFAC certification when necessary.
  • Data Entry
  • Scanning and indexing
  • Answering phones
  • Assist with annual audits and exams.
  • Support the Operations team with various other tasks when necessary.
  • Remote Deposit Verification
  • Balancing daily general ledger entries.
  • Daily report printing.
  • Order cash from Brink’s Service for clients.
  • Responsible for following policies and procedures related to Buckeye Community Bank’s Compliance Program.

 
Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Prior banking experience a plus
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Efficient with Word & Excel
  • Knowledge of internal banking procedures as well as regulations
