Customer Service Representative, Full Time

Processes customer financial transactions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Meet customer needs at inside workstation and drive-up window
  • Balance cash drawer daily
  • Maintain proper amount of cash and currency in primary and secondary cash drawer
  • Answer telephone as necessary
  • Assist customers into and out of safe deposit box
  • Assist Head Customer Service Representative and Vault Customer Service Representative as necessary
  • Assist Retail Banking Manager as necessary
  • Process lockbox and courier transactions daily
  • Open appropriate products to meet customer needs
  • Cross-sell additional products and services to customers
  • Solve customer issues
  • Responsible for security as it relates to this position including providing physical protection, real and anticipated, information security and employee
  • Responsible for following policies and procedures related to Buckeye Community Bank’s Compliance Program

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3 years previous experience in customer service
  • High School Degree or equivalent
